Progressive Railroading calls for Women of Influence in Rail nominations

Progressive Railroading today opened the nomination period for the magazine's 2027 Women of Influence in Rail recognition program.

From Oct. 5 through Nov. 30, the magazine is seeking rail-industry companies' nominations of female employees who are trailblazers in leadership, innovation, technology and sustainability.

Launched in 2025 to highlight the significant contributions women make to the rail industry, Progressive Railroading's Women of Influence in Rail program has shed a light on more than 100 women who are making a positive impact on their companies and the North American rail industry as a whole.
