R. J. Corman shares industrial development sites on online platform

R. J. Corman Railroad Co. has partnered with Strata Platforms to make its portfolio of rail-accessible properties available on the LocationOne property marketplace.

An online centralized searchable platform, LocationOne is designed to help economic development organizations, railroads, utilities and other partners showcase available sites and buildings across North America, R .J. Corman officials said in a press release.

The partnership expands upon R. J. Corman’s existing database of rail-served sites and buildings, increasing visibility while maintaining consistency and accuracy across platforms, they said.

The initial portfolio includes 10 available properties across R. J. Corman’s network.
