Burlington Northern Santa Fe Vice President of Technology Services and Chief Information Officer Jeffrey Campbell recently was chosen by Computerworld magazine as one of the business world's top 100 information technology leaders from among nearly 600 nominees.

The magazine's "Premier 100 IT Leaders" award recognizes executives who demonstrate exemplary technology leadership to resolve business problems. Campbell joins honorees from such corporations and organizations as J.P. Morgan Chase, Marriott International, American Express, Lockheed Martin, MetLife and the U.S. Air Force.

"On behalf of … the BNSF Technology Services team, I'm pleased to accept this recognition of our group's commitment to applying technology to support BNSF's strategic initiatives," Campbell said in a prepared statement.
