Hulcher Services Inc. has been acquired by an affiliate of Turnspire Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based private investment firm. The rail services company will continue to operate as Hulcher from the same locations and with the same crews. Additionally, Hulcher has named Mike Stolzman CEO. He succeeds Frank Given, who has led Hulcher for three decades and will remain an advisor to the company, Hulcher officials said in a press release. Stolzman most recently served as chief operating officer of the Alameda Belt Line and has held senior leadership roles across the rail industry for over 32 years. "Across six decades, Hulcher has built, maintained, and restored the infrastructure its customers cannot operate without. That is precisely the profile we are built to back: an essential service, deeply embedded in customer operations, delivered by a field organization that performs when the stakes are highest," said Abel Osorio, managing partner at Turnspire.
Telegraph has integrated RailPulse telematics data into its Rail Operating System. The move enables mutual customers to leverage RailPulse location, health and sensor data alongside Telegraph's shipment visibility, telETAs, customer support, billing, demurrage management and other operational workflows in one platform. "By integrating RailPulse telemetry into business systems already used by rail shippers, equipment owners, logistics providers and other rail stakeholders, software providers can help customers move beyond simply collecting data toward improving operations and business outcomes," said Telegraph and RailPulse officials in a joint press release.

Passenger operations will be maintained during the signaling integration.
