Michael Baker International has named Chris Peters CEO, effective immediately. He joined Michael Baker in November 2025 as chief operating officer and has more than 30 years of experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry. He succeeds Brian Lutes, who had served as CEO since 2017. The company also appointed Kevin Reed as COO and Daniel Craig as president. In addition, Alex Vickers has been hired as chief strategy officer.

STV Inc. has promoted Judy Jones to chief sales officer, a new role created to elevate the firm's business development and sales operations. She will report to CEO Greg Kelly and will serve on the executive leadership team, STV officials said in a press release. Jones brings decades of national sales and strategic growth experience to the role and will support the company's 2026-2028 strategic plan.

Bohr Electronics has appointed Steve Cecchini as western region sales manager. Cecchini will support rail customers across the western United States with purchasing and integrating Bohr's onboard electronics, components and systems, company officials said. Cecchini has more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development and technical solutions within the rail and transportation sectors to the role.

GoRail's board unanimously appointed Betsy Cantwell as the freight-rail advocacy organization's president. Cantwell joined GoRail as communications director in January 2015 and has since held the positions of assistant vice president of communications and vice president, according to her LinkedIn profile.
