Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas names Kelly metro district manager

Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas Inc. — the U.S. infrastructure division of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) — recently named Gregory Kelly metro district manager to succeed Michael Francese, who is retiring but will remain a PB consultant.
Kelly will be responsible for managing PB’s New York and New Jersey operations, supervising 500 workers in four offices. Some of the firm’s projects include a extending the No. 7 line subway, conducting the "Access to the Region’s Core" transportation study, rehabilitating Brooklyn’s Atlantic Avenue subway station and extending MTA Long Island Rail Road to Grand Central Terminal.
Working in both the private and public sectors, Kelly has helped plan, design and construct rail, road, bridge, tunnel and multi-modal projects. Most recently PB’s New York City area manager, he has served as manager for projects involving MTA New York City Transit, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, MTA Metro North Rail Road and MTA Long Island Rail Road.
