Yesterday, RailPower Technologies Corp. announced Warren Dowd has resigned from its board.
President and chief executive officer of Envoy Capital Management Ltd., Dowd is a founding director of Canada's National Angel Organization.
"Warren was one of the early members of the board," said Chairman Norm Gish in a prepared statement. "He helped establish a solid investor base that saw us through the start-up phase when strong financial support and confidence was vital for success."
RailPower markets the Green Goat™ and Green Kid™ hybrid locomotives, which are designed to reduce emissions and fuel usage compared with conventional switchers.
