The new Executive Committee's members at large are: Nuria Fernandez, general manager of the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, San Jose, Calif.; Jeffrey Nelson, GM of the Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District, Moline, Ill.; Freddie Fuller II, vice president of the Mid-Atlantic Transit & Rail Market Leader, CH2M Hill, Washington, D.C.; and Charles Wochele, managing partner and owner of TransitConsult LLC, Canandaigua, NY.
The new committee was voted in by APTA members at the association's annual business meeting and election of officers on Oct. 3 in San Francisco.
