OmniTRAX Energy Solutions (OES) yesterday reopened three silos after completing a project to boost capacity at its terminal in Cotulla, Texas.

The project added 15,000 tons of vertical storage capacity. The terminal, one of the largest in the Eagle Ford Basin, now offers more than 24,000 tons of storage capacity and more than 18,000 feet of rail-car capacity, OES officials said in a press release.

The silos, which were reopened during a ribbon-cutting ceremony, "will have a positive impact on the local economy and will reduce truck traffic in the region," they said.

"OES constantly reinvests in our terminals to better service customers throughout the Eagle Ford Basin and in other basins and mining areas around the country," said OES President Pierre Luc Mathieu.
