Earlier this month, Seneca Group L.L.C. and Railistics GmbH announced they formed an alliance to jointly market their consulting services to the global rail industry.
The consultation services include organizational restructuring and business planning, technical assistance for concessions and privatizations, transportation policy analysis, real estate management, technology development and marketing, international project management, logistics and executive training.
In the past, Seneca and Railistics have collaborated on a number of projects, including advisory services to the government of Romania on how to restructure its rail system. Seneca President Christopher McCarthy and Railistics Managing Director Udo Sauerbrey will oversee activities performed under the alliance.
Seneca maintains offices in Washington, D.C., and London; Railistics is headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany.
