ASLRRA set to have its 'Day on Hill' March 13
advertisement
American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) plans to hold its Railroad Day on the Hill March 13 in Washington, D.C. — the association’s annual attempt to bring together railroads, suppliers, shippers and industry employees in a day-long lobbying assault on Capitol Hill to help further legislation affecting the railroad industry.
The day begins with a Congressional fundraising breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by a group session with key Congressional supporters. Individual meetings — enabling attendees to speak with various congressmen — will be held between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
ASLRRA plans to hold an evening reception and banquet at the Washington Court Hotel.
For more information , visit ASLRRA’s Web site at www.aslrra.org or call 202-628-4500.
