AMSTED Rail Group shuffles sales staff as part of marketing re-structure

AMSTED Rail Group June 13 announced that Brenco/QBS Vice President of Sales and Marketing Donald Fitzsimmons will assume similar responsibilities for Griffin Wheel Co., while Michael White, who formerly headed Griffin Wheel's sales and marketing, will become that company's director of human resources.
Meanwhile, William O’Donnell will remain vice president of sales, marketing and product development for ASF-Keystone Inc., but will relocate his office from Camp Hill, Pa., to Chicago.
Fitzsimmons and O'Donnell will head AMSTED Rail Group's sales and marketing.
The management reorganization will make it easier for customers to do business with AMSTED Rail Group, said Fitzsimmons in a prepared statement.
AMSTED Industries Inc. last month announced plans to combine ASF-Keystone's, Brenco/QBS' and Griffin Wheel's sales and marketing functions under AMSTED Rail Group, effective July 1.
The new structure would enable AMSTED to market castings, bearings and wheels under one umbrella organization, supplying about 90 percent of a customer’s rail-car undercarriage needs, the company said.
