The seminar is targeted at railroad engineering, construction, operations and facilities management departments, as well as rail industry contractors and consultants.

Seminar instructors include Mel Burda, BNSF Railway Co.; John Calhoun, CSX Transportation; Geoffrey Nokes, Canadian National Railway Co.; Steve McNaughton, Union Pacific Railroad; Kent Kading, Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure Inc.; and Melissa Papworth, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants.
