TTCI appoints Irani, Florom and Sherer to VP posts

Last week, the Transportation Technology Center Inc. (TTCI) approved three vice president appointments.

The organization elected Firdausi Irani as vice president - business development and officer of TTCI; Robert Florom, VP - engineering and quality services, and officer of TTCI; and Michael Sherer, VP - operations and officer of TTCI.

Along with their duties as VPs, the men will continue to oversee the operations of their respective departments.

A subsidiary of the Association of American Railroads (AAR), TTCI serves member railroads through the AAR’s Strategic Research Initiative Program, offering a range of unique capabilities for research, development, testing, consulting and training for railroad-related technologies.
