RDC taps Olaechea to lead global business development

Railroad Development Corp. (RDC) has appointed Juan Olaechea as managing director of international business development.
Olaechea will lead new business development initiatives in global markets, specifically Latin American and global mining opportunities. He is a founding shareholder of Ferrocaril Central Andino (FCCA) in Peru, where he has served as chairman since its creation in 1999.
Olaechea's experience at FCCA is "excellent background for his new and expanded role," said RDC Chairman Henry Posner III in a press release.
