The Ports of Indiana has named Brady Jacoba chief commercial officer, a role recently created to support the ports' new commercial department. Jacoba has 30 years of experience in real estate, sales, marketing and economic development. Most recently, Jacoba was vice president of sales and marketing at construction firm Volumod Indy. "[Jacoba] will help us expand our programs to grow business and increase our contributions to Indiana’s economy," said Ports of Indiana CEO Jody Peacock in a press release.
TriMet has promoted Jamie Snook to executive director of capital project delivery for the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area transit agency. Snook joined TriMet as a capital projects planning manager in 2019. In 2021, she was promoted to major projects director, and she has been serving as interim executive director of capital project delivery since September 2025, TriMet officials said in a press release. Prior to joining TriMet, she spent 14 years with Oregon Metro and six years at a Portland-area private engineering and design firm. "There is hardly a major transit project in our region over the last 20 years that [Snook] hasn’t been a part of or worked on directly," said Clare Khouri, TriMet chief strategy and planning officer.
North County Transit District (NCTD), operator of the Coaster commuter-rail service in California, has promoted Adrienne Johnson to deputy chief people officer. Johnson will oversee NCTD's human resources and learning and development departments. She has more than 17 years of HR experience, including as NCTD's director of HR for the past year. Prior to joining NCTD, she held HR leadership roles at CVS Health and Starbucks.
