Bohr Electronics, a supplier of locomotive electronics and data systems, has appointed Joe Zangara director of engineering. Zangara brings more than two decades of experience in software engineering, program delivery and process improvement across the rail, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Most recently, Zangara served as senior manager of program delivery at Wabtec Corp.'s railway electronics, where he led engineering process improvements and large-scale software development initiatives for train control systems, according to a Bohr press release.

STV Inc. has promoted Megan O’Reilly to vice president. She now leads the firm’s new national outreach and engagement strategies practice. Part of the organization’s advisory services line, O'Reilly's team clarifies complex public processes and enhances stakeholder involvement during project delivery by developing tailored branding and communications frameworks that align messaging, strategy and design on major infrastructure projects, STV officials said in a press release.
