American Industrial Transport Inc. (AITX) has appointed Ashley Nelson chief human resources officer. Nelson joins AITX following nearly two decades of human resources leadership at True Manufacturing, St. Louis. For the past 10 years, she has been chief HR officer leading a team of over 35 professionals in human resources and legal, and thousands of employees worldwide. The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has named Gregory Percy interim chief executive officer. Percy recently retired from CAD Railway, where he led the bid submission and contract negotiations for the fleet maintenance subcontract for Metrolinx's ONCorr project. He also has served in executive roles as president of GO Transit and chief operating officer of Metrolinx. As interim CEO, he will take over from acting TTC CEO Bruce Macgregor, whom the board selected as a temporary leader following the Aug. 30 resignation of former CEO Rick Leary.

STV Inc. named Mark Bienstock vice president and senior program manager of the company's transportation northeast operating group. Bienstock will lead large rail and transit programs, oversee project budgets and help foster client relationships for the New York and New Jersey transportation teams. He will also play a key role in promoting collaboration and partnerships between STV and small, minority- and women-owned business enterprises, according to an STV press release.

Transdev U.S. has hired Paul Roche to serve as chief information officer. He comes to Transdev from Luxor Workspaces, where he served as president overseeing business and technology strategy and execution. He led a digital unification initiative at Luxor and successfully integrated two acquisitions that strengthened the company’s market position, according to a Transdev press release.
