Yesterday, Kansas City Southern announced Robert Druten has been elected to its board.
Druten currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hallmark Cards Inc. He also serves as a member of Crown Media Holdings Inc.'s and BHA Group Inc.'s board, and chairman of Trustees of Entertainment Properties Trust.
"[Druten's] diverse background in financial management and accounting will be an asset to KCS," said KCS Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Haverty in a prepared statement.
