Bush to nominate former DOT Deputy Secretary Jackson to similar Department of Homeland Security post


Earlier this week, President George W. Bush announced plans to nominate Michael Jackson deputy secretary of homeland security.

Jackson currently serves as senior vice president of AECOM Technology Corp. From 2001 to 2003, he served the U.S. Department of Transportation as deputy secretary.
