Greenbrier appoints Wilsted to oversee operations, corporate development

The Greenbrier Cos. Recently named Joseph Wilsted senior vice president of operations and corporate development. He will report to President and Chief Executive Officer William Furman.

Most recently VP of finance and chief financial officer for Ingersoll Rand’s Bobcar unit, Wilsted previously served as president of Rexnord’s chain and conveyor group, president of Rexnord Stearns and managing director-Asia Pacific for Invensys Building Systems.

"[Wilsted] will be working closely with our chief financial officer and the finance team to strengthen our management, planning and reporting systems, and will coordinate his efforts closely with other senior managers as they continue to streamline our manufacturing operations," said Furman in a prepared statement.
