Falcons fans can fly high with MARTA

As the National Football League prepares to open the 2002-2003 season, Atlanta Falcons fans have a new option in game day travel: Falcons Flyer Pass, for travel on Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority trains to and from the Georgia Dome.



The $30 transcard provides season-ticket holders 30 one-way passes, which can be used for Atlanta Falcons home games, or for any MARTA travel between Aug. 9 and Dec. 22. Already, MARTA has sold Falcons Flyer Pass packages to nearly 1,000 season-ticket holders.



The program is the first of its kind linking an Atlanta professional sports team with MARTA.
