Optimization Alternatives Ltd. Inc. (OA) recently installed an activity monitoring system at American President Lines' 300-acre Port of Los Angeles intermodal terminal.
Designed to provide real-time, changeable data views, OA's Vantage system monitors operations at the terminal, which handles more than 1.5 million 20-foot equivalent units annually.
OA provides operations control and decision support systems, including Optimization Alternatives Strategic Intermodal Scheduler, and Gate Activity, Inspection and Tracking software.
