J.B. Hunt, Schneider National and Hub Group win 'core carrier' awards

Wine shipper Constellation Brands Inc. (CBI) recently presented Core Carrier Awards to J.B. Hunt Intermodal, Schneider National Intermodal, Hub Group Inc. and Wheels Clipper. The awards recognize top performance by domestic freight transportation service providers.
"A key component to earning the Core Carrier Award is superior quality of service," said CBI Director of Transportation Management Rod Dutton in a prepared statement. "It is essential that all our carriers demonstrate quality through consistency of on-time pickups and on-time deliveries through timely communications, including strategy, planning and execution of daily operational requirements."
CBI ships wine and spirits from its wineries and warehouses on the East and West coasts to its nationwide distributor network via various transportation modes, including intermodal, full truckload and less than truckload.
