Canadian Pacific recently expanded the capabilities of its multi-commodity transload facility in Cote Saint-Luc to include lumber shipments. The Class I opened the facility last year at its yard in Cote Saint-Luc, which is located on the island of Montreal in Quebec, Canada. CP operates the facility with Quebec-based freight transportation services provider TYT Group. The 118,000-square-foot building features customizable space to receive, unload, store and transport various commodities, including steel and metals, aggregates, pulp and paper. The facility is near Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, the Port of Montreal and three major highways. In this video, CP describes the transload facility’s current offerings and benefits.
