National Mediation Board offers online 'help desk'

The National Mediation Board (NMB) recently created an online "help desk" to handle inquiries from congressmen, employees, the press, students, researchers, union members, attorneys and others on such topics as labor relations and employment law.

A wide-ranging resource designed to provide information on and outside of the NMB, the help desk includes hyperlinks to the board's and other government Web sites.

The online application can be accessed on the NMB's home page at www.nmb.gov by clicking on the "Help Desk" button.
