The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey recently named Kenneth Ringler Jr. executive director to succeed Joseph Seymour, who is retiring.
Nominated for the position by Gov. George Pataki, Ringler most recently served as New York state commissioner of general services. He previously served as executive deputy commissioner for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and First Deputy Secretary of State.
