New representative for DeKalb County, J. Thomas Kilpatrick is a partner at Alston & Bird L.L.P.’s Labor and Employment Law Group.

Finally, Pat Upshaw-Monteith is the new representative for DeKalb County. She serves as executive director or Leadership Atlanta, an organization dedicated to developing Atlanta by teaching new-generation leaders about the city’s core values.
