Parsons Brinckerhoff names Fothergill to oversee project controls, reporting for California HSR project

Parsons Brinckerhoff recently appointed Glenn Fothergill as a principal technical specialist in its Sacramento, Calif., office.
He will be responsible for project controls and the reporting function for the PB operations team working on the California high-speed rail project.
Fothergill has 10 years of managerial experience in high-speed rail and transit, with rolling stock and rail infrastructure. He most recently served as a commercial manager with Angel Trains Ltd., a U.K.-based rolling stock lessor.
