CN has recognized 22 of its customers for their sustainability practices that are aligned with the objectives of the CN EcoConnexions program, the Class I announced yesterday.Under the program, participating companies work to reduce carbon emissions and increase energy efficiency.The 22 companies are Cenovus Energy Inc., China Cosco Shipping Corp. Ltd., CMA CGM (America) LLC, DuPont, Fairmount Santrol, Ford Motor Co., Hapag-Lloyd, Kruger Products LP, Labatt Brewing Co. Ltd., Maersk Line A/S, MOL, Mondelez International, NYK Line, OOCL Canada Inc., Resolute Forest Products, Teck, Tenaris, UPS, Verso Corp., Walmart Canada, Weyerhaeuser, and Yang Ming.This spring, CN will plant 100,000 trees in recognition of its customers' commitment to sustainable business practices, CN officials said in a press release.
