The Quixote Transportation Safety division includes rail industry supplier Energy Absorption Systems Inc. and its Safe-Hit® products. The subsidiary produces the StopGate™ grade-crossing protection system and numerous highway safety products. Quixote appointed James Connell, James Crowley and Mike Spellman to head the division, sales and marketing, respectively.

The Quixote Transportation Technologies division includes Surface Systems Inc., Nu-Metrics Inc. and Highway Information Systems Inc., which supply remote sensing and weather forecasting equipment, electronic measuring devices and highway advisory radio systems. Quixote appointed Bruce Reimer and Mark Holland to head the division, and sales and marketing, respectively.

Finally, the Quixote Traffic Corp. division includes Peek Traffic and U.S. Traffic corps., and their National Signal and NuArt Lighting divisions. The companies supply intersection control and automated traffic monitoring systems, advanced vehicle detection products, variable message signs and safety lighting. Quixote appointed Tim O'Leary and Mary Griffin to head the division, and sales and marketing, respectively.
