advertisement
OmniTRAX Inc. announced that its Stockton Terminal and Eastern Railroad (ST&E) subsidiary has landed Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers as its newest customer in Stockton, Calif.
Agro-Culture has broken ground for a light manufacturing fertilizer facility in Stockton’s Fairchild Business Park. The plant will produce 30 different fertilizer applications.
Agro-Culture — which manufactures and markets in-house formulated and branded liquid fertilizer products — will relocate two employees to help start up the new facility. Once the plant is operational, the company plans to hire eight additional workers.
ST&E operates 25 miles of track and interchanges with BNSF Railway Co., Union Pacific Railroad and the Central California Traction Co.
