TLC-55 is a lithium-based grease containing graphite. It is formulated with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to provide lubrication even under heavy loads, the company says, adding that the rail flange lubricant is fortified to provide excellent anti-wear and low friction performance from -30 F to 250 F. The graphite will protect against galling and seizing. TLC-55 is formulated to provide excellent load carrying capability with minimal migration to the top of the rail, the company says.
