Model AP-3 is a gasoline-powered clip machine designed specifically for the installation and extraction of Pandrol Fast Clips. The same head removes and applies or retracts the clips to the parked position for easy rail maintenance. It is mounted on a 4-wheel transverse trolley for easy access to the worksite.
