Strato's Selective Cushioning Draft System (SCU) is an alternative to hydraulic cushioning. The SCU cushioning system improves train handling, eliminates draft snap action and provides protection from train action and yard impact. It is available from stock for direct fit into AAR EOC-7, EOC-8, EOC-9 and EOC-10 pockets; other configurations are available.
