A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., via Microsoft Teams. All Proposals must be submitted to LACMTA on or before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, July 28, 2025. Proposals received after the above date and time may be rejected and returned unopened. Each proposal must be sealed and marked Proposal No. PS120308(2).
