Rail RFP: State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) INVITATION TO BID
RFP 22670, Rail Freight Service License, Operating and Maintenance Call for Proposals for a Railroad Operator and Maintainer of Any or All of the Following Rail Lines: Amory Branch, Griffins Industrial Track, and the Middletown Cluster
Notice to interested, qualified parties: The State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has released a Request for Proposals seeking experienced and qualified Proposers for the operation and maintenance of each of the following rail lines: The Armory Branch, the Griffins Industrial Track, and the Middletown Cluster. CTDOT will utilize this RFP process to determine who has the operational and financial capacity as well as experience to be designated as Operator for each of the Rail lines.
