Duos Technologies: Centraco 3.0 enterprise level software management platform

Information Systems Associates Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Duos Technologies, a provider of intelligent security analytical technology solutions, announces the release of centraco 3.0, an enterprise level software management platform that incorporates the traditional Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) functionality with a comprehensive Enterprise Information System (EIS) software suite. 
 
Centraco 3.0 intelligently connects information from a virtually unlimited number of connected devices, sub systems and data streams into a single central command and control user interface. Centraco 3.0 "substantially exceeds" the capabilities of conventional command and control platforms as it natively embeds all of Duos Technologies' proprietary intelligent security analytical technology solutions and provides an open architecture that allows integration of an unlimited number of third-party technologies, the company says.
 
Scalability of this 3D generation PSIM/EIS software suite is unlimited as it is built as a web browser application using the latest web technologies, including HTML5, WebSocket, WebRTC and WebGL.

"No longer does the IT department have to deploy a large application to each of their end-users' computers. With centraco 3.0 all the end-user has to do is open his favorite web browser on a desktop, phone or tablet, type in a url and start using the system. User authentication and all content, including live and archived video, is delivered securely over HTTPS," said David Ponevac, ISA Duos Technologies' Executive VP and CTO.
 
"We have built a full-featured enterprise management system with an extensive integrated alarm reporting engine, that pushes notifications and has 3D mapping capabilities inside a stock web browser. We feel confident our customers will fall in love with centraco's interface and the rich feature set it offers," added Mr. Ponevac.

The digital delivery as a SaaS model provides a myriad of advantages to the end user as it is very much comparable to cable TV subscriptions, whereby the user pays a monthly subscription fee and the software is centrally managed and periodically updated. Under this model, users no longer have to maintain and track software updates and upgrades as this function will be performed automatically by the company.
