SEPTA seeks input on upcoming capital programs
advertisement
Next week, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) will hold two public meetings to obtain input on the FY2010 capital budget and 2010-2021 capital program.
The authority will consider public feedback when preparing its upcoming capital plans. Public hearings on the proposed capital budget and program will be held in April.
The FY2009-2020 capital program, approved by the SEPTA board last May, calls for funding several projects, including station rehabilitations, a regional rail signal system modernization program, new payment technologies, state-of-good-repair initiatives, grade crossing improvements and an Elwyn-to-Wawa regional rail project.
