Rail traffic graphics updated on ProgressiveRailroading.com

This morning, rail traffic graphics provided by ASI-Transmatch have been updated on ProgressiveRailroading.com to reflect the latest full week. ProgressiveRailroading.com recently added the graphics to its home page.

Updated every Thursday morning by ASI-Transmatch, the graphics show changes to and depict trends in Association of American Railroads weekly carloading data.

The graphics include charts on absolute and percentage changes by both traffic types and commodity groups, long-term trends and trends for cyclical traffic, and year-over-year traffic comparisons. In addition, a table provides year-over-year carloading data for eight commodities, intermodal and total traffic from the past several weeks.
