Passenger-rail association seeks to increase membership, awareness

The National Association of Railroad Passengers (NARP) recently contracted independent direct marketing company Carl Bloom Associates to help build membership and increase awareness of transit rail issues.

NARP advocates improved U.S. passenger-rail service, including expanded intercity passenger-rail corridors.
