Watco installs CIO, three supply chain services execs


Watco Cos. L.L.C. has named Andrew Cordischi Jr. senior vice president and chief information officer.

He will be responsible for a broad range of information technology (IT) initiatives and provide support for all IT network, infrastructure and applications.

Cordischi previously served BNSF Logistics L.L.C. for 12 years, holding such positions as VP of solutions and VP of technology and engineering. Prior to that, he held various management positions with Clicklogistics, Cardinal Logistics Management and J.B. Hunt Logistics.

Meanwhile, Watco Supply Chain Services (WSCS) announced the formation of its executive team. The company named Amy Parady VP of business development and corporate liaison; Lynda Patterson, VP of growth strategies; and Judd Gilgen, VP of risk management.

Parady has served Watco for more than 10 years, most recently as VP of marketing for the Gulf/ Southeast Region. She previously was a marketing manager for Cardinal Logistics Management.

Patterson joins Watco from BNSF Railway Co. and BNSF Logistics, where she led strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.

Gilgen also formerly served BNSF Logistics, most recently as VP of risk management. He has more than 21 years of supply chain industry experience, including stints with J.B. Hunt Logistics and Transplace.

Based out of Springdale, Ark., WSCS works to develop and enhance Watco's rail, highway and intermodal service offerings.
