The Greenbrier Cos. yesterday announced the hiring of Travis Williams as head of investor relations, reporting to Chief Financial Officer Michael Donfris. Williams is responsible for managing company interactions with the investment community, including institutional investors and equity research analysts, Greenbrier officials said in a press release. He has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations. Most recently, Williams was senior director of investor relations at Enerpac Tool Group.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority's (MARTA) board recently elected its 2026 officers and inaugurated new members. Jennifer Ide is chair, with Katie Powers serving as immediate past chair, according to a MARTA press release. Also elected were Al Pond as vice chair, Valencia Williamson as secretary and Shayna Pollock as treasurer. Rod Frierson, past treasurer, will serve as treasurer while Pollock is on family leave until April 1. New board members include Sarah Galica, Devon Hudson, Ryan Loke and Elizabeth Bolton-Harris.
