Eagle Railcar Services has named Barbara Wilson as CEO. Wilson has three decades of senior leadership experience in the rail, transportation and equipment leasing industries and has served on Eagle's board as audit committee chair since 2025. She most recently served as president and CEO of RailUSA, which has since rebranded to Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railways, and was previously president of Wells Fargo Rail, Eagle officials said in a press release. Wilson’s appointment was effective May 18; she succeeds company founder Marc Walraven, who will continue to serve on Eagle’s board. The new Eagle leadership team also includes Ronnie Graves as chief operating officer and Aubrey Lawrence as chief production officer.
TekTracking has appointed John McArthur and Brent Laing to its newly formed advisory board to support CEO Greg Fogarty. McArthur brings extensive experience in rail technology, strategic growth and acquisitions, TekTracking officials said in a press release. He was the co-founder and CEO of rail technology company Tracsis, and had prior roles with IP Group PLC and Arthur Anderson & Co. Laing brings expertise in railroad operations, infrastructure strategy, safety management systems and emerging technologies, officials added. He has held senior leadership roles at both Canadian Pacific and CN.
The National Association of Railway Business Women (NARBW) has named Dana Robles as its 43rd national president, the organization announced in a press release. In her 26-year career at CSX, Robles specialized in information technology, including system management, change management and organizational compliance. She retired from CSX as an engineering administrator in 2023. Since joining NARBW in 2011, Robles has served as president of the Jacksonville chapter and held several national-level roles, including national convention chair, national secretary, first vice president and press and publicity chair. Her two-year term will begin June 1.
