Casting manufacturer Magnus L.L.C. recently named F. David Perillo to the newly created position of vice president of business development.
He will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, partnerships and joint ventures, and acquiring new products. Perillo has 32 years’ experience in the railroad industry, holding several management positions with the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors Corp., such as worldwide marketing manager and North American sales manager.
In his new position, Perillo will help Magnus broaden its strategic focus, according to a prepared statement. During the past two years, Magnus has diversified its product offerings through design and quality innovations within its core products.
