KCS promotes Fussell to AVP post in carload business unit

Kansas City Southern recently promoted Jennifer Fussell from director of sales and marketing to assistant vice president of sales and marketing in the carload business unit. She will report to VP of Sales and Marketing Natalie Putnam.
Fussell has 14 years of transportation experience with The Kansas City Southern Railway Co. in various capacities, including posts involving customer service, pricing, sales and marketing, service design, measurement and performance.
“With Jennifer’s breadth of transportation experience in all areas of the sales process, her in-depth knowledge of KCS and her experience in the Texas market, she is well-positioned to further develop cross-border opportunities, particularly through the Houston market,” said Putnam in a prepared statement.
