KCS appoints Bilovesky, Baltz to AVP posts

Kansas City Southern recently named Mike Bilovesky assistant vice president of agriculture and minerals, and Walter Baltz IV, AVP of accounts receivable and collections.
Bilovesky most recently served as director of marketing, agriculture and minerals, helping the business unit attain one of its highest-ever annual revenue totals, according to a prepared statement.
Baltz most recently served Skemp & Assocs. as a senior staff attorney. He previously served the 757th Railway Transportation Battalion as headquarters company commander.
KCS also expanded AVP of Marketing Jeff Sheldon's business unit responsibilities. In addition to coal, he will be responsible for the railroad's forest-product, metals, military and miscellaneous, chemical and petroleum-product units.
