A six-year employee, Selapack previously served in Johnstown America's drafting department.
"[The promotions] strengthen our engineering capability in meeting the demands of expanding product lines," said Johnstown America Vice President of Engineering James Hart in a prepared statement.
Johnstown America designs and builds aluminum coal, flat, heavy-haul intermodal, and aggregate cars, as well as mill gons and the VersaCoil™ steel-coil car.
