Trinity Industries Inc. recently added Ron Haddock as a director, expanding the company’s board from eight to nine members.
Chairman and chief executive officer of Prisma Energy International Inc., Haddock previously served as president and CEO, and executive vice president and chief operating officer of American Petrofina Inc., and vice president of Esso Eastern Inc. He also spent 23 years at Exxon Corp. in various capacities, including executive assistant to the chairman.
Trinity’s five business units build and lease freight cars, produce barges, and supply construction and industrial products.
