DCTA adds Miller, Costa to board

The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) yesterday announced the appointment of Mark Miller and Dianne Costa to its board.
Miller, who serves as vice president of Hillwood Properties, will represent the city of Flower Mound, Texas. He was appointed to the board in June, DCTA officials said in a press release.
Costa will represent the city of Highland Village, Texas. She was appointed to DCTA's board in September.
She previously served as mayor of Highland Village and retired in December 2016. As mayor, Costa served on the National Multi-Modal Transportation Steering Committee, which is a grassroots group of elected officials seeking an overhaul of U.S. transportation policy.
DCTA is governed by a 14-member board appointed by respective local entities.
